As you are all aware, we are a constituent member of the Playing Fields Trust, and a foundation club from the early days of the Trust's creation. The Trust owns the land on which our arena stands and we have use of facilities at the Centre and the car park, for example. Somewhat belatedly, the Trust is rightly recognising that it should be communicating with Constituent Club members far more regularly, so they can benefit from hearing about news, events, offers, sports classes etc and be kept up to date with developments. To this end, the Trustees would like to add the email addresses of our members to their growing database - they are of course approaching all the other Clubs as well. If you DO NOT wish to included on this database please sign below.

At various events photographs may be taken of participating members – we would like to be able to use these photos in our newsletters and on our website to help promote the clubs activities and therefore would ask each member to complete the following declaration.
