RULES OF THE CLUB
Riding hats of BSI Kitemark and PAS 015:1998 or EN1384:1996 or BS EN 1384:1997 or Snell E2001 with official label and number or SAI Global AS/NZS 3838 1998 or AS/NZS 3838 2003 and a properly fastened chin-strap must be worn at all times when mounted.
1. All members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
2. Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March each year
3. Members must book the arena with Aly Whitley on 01647 433640/aly@dartmoorhawking.co.uk . All equipment used from the shed must be put away in the same condition. Any damages/problems must be reported to Aly Whitley immediately.
4. Members using the arena do so at their own risk and should have their own insurance when riding. The Club is only covered by a nominal third party insurance.
5. Only one vehicle should be parked in the arena at any one time. Trailers should park in the playing fields car park.
6. Dogs are not allowed at the arena
7. We cannot accept responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any horse, other animal, rider, spectator or any other person or property whatsoever.
